Pricing questions
What counts toward my monthly words?
Only rewrites. Each rewrite counts the words in the draft you submit. Checks are counted per day instead and don't use your word allowance.
What happens if I run out?
Checks keep working up to your daily limit. Rewrites pause until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month, or you can upgrade right away.
What is voice matching?
Save a sample of your own writing, like a few emails you wrote yourself, and rewrites will follow its rhythm and word choice. It's included on paid plans.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch or cancel from the billing page at any time. If you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, email contact@plainspoke.online within 7 days of a charge and we'll sort it out.
