By creating an account or using Plainspoke, you agree to these terms.

The service

Plainspoke estimates how much a piece of writing reads as AI-generated and rewrites drafts on request. Scores are estimates, not determinations. We don't guarantee any result from any third-party AI detector.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for what you submit and how you use the output. Don't use Plainspoke to submit work in settings where AI assistance is prohibited, including academic coursework, exams or applications whose rules forbid it. Don't use it to deceive people about facts, impersonate others, or create spam, fraud or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of your drafts and the rewrites we produce for you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.

Accuracy

Rewrites are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review everything before you send or publish it, especially facts, figures, names and claims.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page and keep paid features until the end of the period. Usage limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
